We offer three partnership options, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your business.  Dog Restaurant Week (DRW )is a wonderful way to give back to your community and to gain recognition for your efforts -- Chicago is full of dog lovers and food lovers -- what a great way to capitalize on both!

  Gold Level: 8% of net sales Sept. 10-17, 2017

Gold Level: 8% of net sales Sept. 10-17, 2017

If you're a Gold Partner, we ask that you keep track of net sales for September 10-17 and donate 8% to One Tail at a Time.  You can let your customers know that a portion of your proceeds that week will be helping to save Chicago's neediest dogs & we'll give you information to hand out to them about One Tail and about Dog Restaurant Week.  

When you agree to donate 8% of your net sales during DRW you get:

  • Flyers to pass out the week before DRW and the week of DRW to let your customers know that you will be donating to our cause
     
  • Continuous promotion on our Facebook page (40,000+ followers), including one dedicated post featuring your restaurant or bar
     
  • Continuous promotion on our Instagram account (over 11,000 followers) including one dedicated post featuring your restaurant or bar
     
  • Continuous promotion on our Twitter account (over 4,000 followers) including one dedicated tweet featuring your restaurant or bar
     
  • A special gathering of OTAT supporters and volunteers at your restaurant during DRW
     
  • An OTAT dog named after your businesses and posted on our social media accounts
     
  • Your logo, restaurant link, and spot on our map on the DRW website
     
  • A mention in the OTAT newsletter (over 5,000 recipients)
     
  • Inclusion in any promo materials and press releases
     
  • Ability to participate in a Facebook live outside your restaurant during DRW
     
  • Two VIP tickets to the One Tail at a Time annual fundraising gala, the Houndstooth Ball, on Friday December 1st
     
  • A thank you letter with receipt for your tax purposes

                Bronze Level: $500 minimum

It's up to you whether you want to run a promotion with certain menu items or drink specials that you'll donate a certain portion of the proceeds of to One Tail, if you want to have a One Tail happy hour or run some other special, or whether you want to just make a donation.  Get as creative as you'd like, we just ask that if you run a special & it raises less than $500, you commit to donate $500 nonetheless for your participation as a DRW partner.  You can let your customers know that a portion of your proceeds that week will be helping to save Chicago's neediest dogs & we'll give you information to hand out to them about One Tail and about Dog Restaurant Week.
